RAFFLE 2025

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The raffle is organised by St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Parish, Melbourne West.
  • The draw will be held on 14 December 2025 at St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Parish, Melbourne West.
  • Each ticket costs $10.
  • The prize for this raffle is one iPhone 17 (RRP approx. $1,399).
  • The winner must produce the original raffle ticket to claim the prize.  A clear photo of the original ticket will also be accepted if the physical copy is lost, but the ticket number must be fully visible.
  • Lost, damaged, illegible, or tampered tickets will not be accepted.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item.
  • The winner cannot choose the colour, storage size, or model variation of the iPhone. The prize will be given exactly as purchased by the organisers.
  • If the advertised model is unavailable due to market shortages, the organisers reserve the right to provide a similar iPhone model of equal or higher value.
  • The winner will be selected through a random draw. The result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner will be announced during the draw event. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted using the mobile number or name and email written on the ticket stub.
  • The organisers will not be responsible if the winner does not respond within a reasonable time frame. A redraw may be conducted if necessary.
  • The prize must be collected from St. Mary’s Syro-Malabar Parish, Melbourne West. Delivery will not be provided.
  • Tickets must be purchased by persons 18 years or older.
  • Raffle Declaration No: 610918 (as shown on the ticket).
  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes if required due to unforeseen circumstances, but any changes will be communicated to participants via Parish website and social media handles.
