There is no minimum age requirement to purchase raffle tickets.
Winners will be announced on the parish website and official parish Facebook and Instagram pages.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The raffle organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
2. All prize values stated are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are based on recommended retail pricing available as of 24 May 2026.
3. Prizes are not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
4. Winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with claiming or using the prize unless specifically stated otherwise.
5. Any taxes, duties, travel insurance, personal expenses, or other incidental costs associated with accepting or using the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winners must claim their prize within 15 days from the date of the raffle draw.
7. Any unclaimed prizes after the 15-day claim period will be forfeited and retained by the raffle organisers. No redraw will take place.
8. The raffle organisers reserve the right to verify the identity of winners before releasing prizes.
9. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants consent to the publication of their name and photograph for promotional purposes relating to the raffle, unless prohibited by law.
10. All images, photographs, and visual representations used in raffle promotional materials are for illustrative and promotional purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual prizes.
11. The raffle organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the raffle or any prize.
12. The raffle organisers are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss occurring during the delivery or shipment of prizes.
13. All travel-related prizes and bookings must be arranged exclusively through the travel agency or service provider appointed by the raffle organisers. The selection and appointment of the travel agency or service provider shall be at the sole discretion of the raffle organisers, and winners shall not be entitled to request or nominate an alternative travel agency or provider.
14. The raffle organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time where required by law or due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

1st Prize – Vietnam Dream Holiday for 4 People – 6 Nights / 7 Days including flights. Valued at AUD $6,000.

Travel dates are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking. Peak season surcharges may apply. The definition of peak season is determined by the travel agency. Any additional travellers beyond four people will incur additional charges payable by the winner. The travel booking date and itinerary will be determined at the discretion of the raffle organisers and travel agency.

Flight inclusions for the 1st prize are based on departure from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia only. Unless otherwise specified, the holiday package includes airfare and accommodation only. Meals, food, beverages, personal expenses, travel insurance, visas, and other incidental expenses are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.

The raffle organisers and appointed travel agency reserve the right to determine the airline, accommodation provider, and travel itinerary.

The booking must be confirmed within 90 days from the raffle draw date and the prize must be used within 12 months from the raffle draw date. The prize may only be redeemed once and is valid for a single booking and travel period. All travellers included in the booking must travel together on the same itinerary and during the same travel period.

The winner must provide the names of all travellers at the time of booking confirmation. Once the booking has been confirmed and issued by the travel agency, changes to traveller names or transfer of the booking to other persons may not be permitted or may incur additional charges payable by the winner, subject to the policies of the travel provider and travel agency.

No credit, refund, or cash value will be provided for any unused portion of the prize.

The winner may choose to convert this prize into travel vouchers valued at AUD $5,000 instead of the holiday package. The raffle organisers and travel agency must be notified within 30 days from the draw date if the winner chooses the voucher option. Additional terms and conditions relating to the use of travel vouchers, as specified by the travel agency at the time of voucher issuance, will also apply. The winner must elect either the travel package or the travel voucher option prior to the commencement of any booking process. Once the winner has confirmed their selection and any travel booking, reservation, itinerary, ticket, accommodation, or travel arrangement has been initiated, confirmed, or issued by the travel agency, the election shall be final and irrevocable, and the prize shall no longer be eligible for conversion to travel vouchers.

This prize is not redeemable for cash.

2nd Prize – Apple MacBook Pro M5 14-inch, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM. RRP AUD $2,499 based on JB Hi‑Fi website pricing as of 24 May 2026.

This prize is not transferable to cash or any alternative product. Winners cannot request upgrades, specific color, alternative models, product exchanges, or substitutions by paying any price difference. If the winner is present at the draw venue, the prize may be collected immediately on stage during the raffle draw event. If the winner is not present at the draw venue, the prize must be collected from the parish office. If delivery is requested, all delivery charges must be paid by the winner. The raffle organisers are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss occurring during the delivery or shipment of prizes.

3rd Prize – Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB. RRP AUD $2,199 based on Samsung Australia website pricing as of 24 May 2026.

Device colour will be selected by the raffle organisers based on availability. The winner cannot request a specific colour.

4th Prize – Luxury Cruise Getaway for 4 People from Melbourne to Kangaroo Island. Valued at AUD $1,900.

Unless otherwise specified, the cruise package includes accommodation and standard cruise inclusions only. Meals, beverages, personal expenses, travel insurance, and other incidental expenses not specifically included by the cruise provider are the responsibility of the winner.

The raffle organisers and appointed travel agency reserve the right to determine the cruise operator, accommodation provider, and travel itinerary.

6th–15th Prizes – Hoyts Movie Vouchers valued at AUD $100 each for 10 winners.

Each voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. These prizes are not redeemable for cash. The raffle organisers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to provide the Hoyts Movie Voucher in either physical or digital format. Where a digital voucher is provided, the winner may be required to provide a valid email address, mobile number, or other contact details for the purpose of prize delivery. The raffle organisers shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the winner.

Personal information collected during the raffle will only be used for the administration and promotion of the raffle and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
